CUSTOM WIGS
We provide custom wig services in which the client has the option to provide their own quality hair. The hair provided must be clean and uncut. We will use ALL bundles for the construction of your custom unit. Shall the hair be received unclean an additional fee will be added for refreshing the hair. If the hair is unmanageable you will be informed and the hair will be returned to you. Custom units take 2 weeks from receiving the hair to completion and shipping the unit.
Please be sure for custom and glue-less units you are taking accurate measurements of your head. If you need assistance in taking measurements you may contact us via email at shoplegacystudios@gmail.com.

All shipments are made via ups and require signature confirmation upon delivery!
Ready to ship units are shipped within 2 business days from payment confirmation.
custom units are shipped within 14-21 business days from confirmation of payment.
for bundle, closure and frontal purchases, shipment is within one week from purchase.
expedited ups 2-day shipping and next day air are available at additional costs.
returns
Returns are accepted for ready to ship unit within 2 days of delivery. Lace must be uncut and unit must be unworn and in the same condition.
Custom units are not eligible for return. In the event of a problem with your custom unit clients have 48 hours from delivery to reach out to us via email detailing the issue. We will work with the client to rectify the issue in a timely fashion.
after 48 hours the laced legacy cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the unit. however, clients may still reach out via email to receive help with the issue, we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.
